Agus A. Aziz
Managing PartnerGraduated from Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia, specialized in
Business Law (Bachelor Degree), Faculty of Law of University of Padjadjaran, specialized in Business Law (Master Degree), He is now Doctor (candidate) from Faculty of Law of University of Padjadjaran, Bandung.
He was an associate for Drs. Yansen D. Latif, S.H., M.H. and Associates; a Senior Legal Officer at Legal Division, PT Putra Surya Perkasa (holding company); an Assistant Vice President and Head of Legal Department, PT Bank PDFCI, Tbk (corporate banking) in 2000, now known as Bank Danamon, Tbk after merger and a Partner for Primus Inter Pares Law Firm (1997 – 2000).
Agus special practice areas are capital market, banking, finance (registered in OJK) and corporate matters. During his long service in the capital market industry, he has handled, including but not limited to, Initial Public Offering (IPO), merger & acquisition (M&A), issuance of Bonds and Medium Term Notes (MTN), and carbon trading. In addition, he is a lawyer who handled the most cases in both court settlement and out of court settlement, including but not limited to, commercial litigation cases, insurance disputes, Lembaga Alternatif Penyelesain Sengketa Sektor Jasa Keuangan (LAPS-SJK), Badan Arbitrase Nasional Indonesia (BANI), and Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC). He has also represented numerous financial institutions, banks, private equity and funds, national and multinational companies.
Agus also has a license for Bankruptcy and Suspension of Debt, Payment, Obligation (PKPU) and He is a member of the Indonesian Receivers and Administrators Association (Asosiasi Kurator dan Pengurus Indonesia – AKPI).
Wijaya Kusuma Subroto
PartnerWijaya Kusuma Subroto, S.H., M.M. graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Krisnadwipayana Jakarta majoring in Civil Law and completed his Master of Management from Gadjah Mada University. He is experienced in the field of legal corporate matters in numerous big companies in Indonesia since 1989.
He was in various broadcasting and television companies as a director responsible for mergers and acquisitions, regulatory matters, permits and licenses, and setting up new local TV network. He also has experiences in international agreement drafting i.e. VSAT Service Agreement, OEM Agreement, BYRU ACeS Cellular Satellite Purchase Agreement with Ericsson, Corporate Private Line Agreement, POP/ISP Service Agreement, National Service Provider Service Level Agreement, Interconnection Agreement (Telkomsel, PT Telkom Indonesia, GSM XL), Roaming Agreement with APACC and many more.
Tri Legono Yanuarachmadi
PartnerTri Legono hands on more than twenty years of experience in business practices and transactions in Indonesia as well as dispute resolution, especially in the fields of capital markets, finance and commodity futures trading.
Tri Legono is an Advocate from DPN Indonesia, certified Mediator from PMN (National Mediation Center) and currently registered as Mediator at LAPS SJK (Alternative Dispute Resolution Institution for Financial Services Sector) as well as Arbitrator at LAPS SJK, BAKTI (the Commodity Futures Trading Arbitration Board) and JIAC (the Jakarta International Arbitration Center), and also the Chairman of MedAr-FIn (the Association of Mediators and Arbitrators of the Indonesian Financial Industry).
Tri Legono hold Bachelor of Law from the Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia, and during his career he served as Researcher and Assistant Advocacy Manager of ICEL (the Indonesian Center for Environmental Law), Head of the Legal Division and Senior Researcher of PT BEJ (Jakarta Stock Exchange), Deputy Secretary-General of BAPMI (the Indonesian Capital Market Arbitration Board) and BANI Sovereign (the Indonesian National Arbitration Board Association), Secretary-General of BAKTI, and Executive Director of BAPMI.
Glenn Muhammad Rifqi
AssociateGlenn Muhammad Rifqi graduated from Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia in 2021 focusing in personal data protection. During university years, he actively participated in various student organizations such as Department of Art and Culture of Student Executive Board and Music Division of Perfilma.
Prior to joining A3 Law Firm, he was an Associate at Murzal & Partners Law Firm – a law firm specializing in immigration matters. He gained legal compliance skills there, particularly in managing the process of obtaining work permits for foreign nationals in Indonesia including RPTKA, Notifikasi, E-Visa, E-ITAS, down to the subsidiary permits necessary for foreign residency.
Through all the career years, he has developed and honed legal skills including but not limited to contract drafting, legal opinion, legal due diligence, Initial Public Offering (IPO), subpoenas, power of attorneys, civil lawsuits, bankruptcy, and Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations (PKPU).
Aulia Akbar Farras
AssociateGraduated from Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia, in 2019 majoring in Commercial Law specializing in Intelellectual Property Rights. He has experiences in handling corporate matters such as preparing documentations, agreements, legal opinion, legal due diligence, alternative dispute resolution, and capital market.
When he was in university, he was active in numerous event committees, organizations, and shares a passion in endeavouring outdoor activities such as traveling, hiking, and touring. His interests dwell in creative arts and coffee. During his yearsin university, He was a Co-Founder at Touriffic Indonesia Travel and also he is a Co-Founder at Kopi Luwuh (2017).
He started his career as a Merchant Acquisition Executive at PT Klik Eat Indonesia and he is Co-Founder at PT Inoasi Jelajah Nusantara.

Previously, she interned at Law Office Mohamad Ali Nurdin, S.H., M.H., M.Kn. & Partners in Bandung, where she was involved in drafting legal documents such as legal opinions, powers of attorney, contracts, and lawsuits.
She currently serves as a Junior Associate at A3 Law Firm, where she assists in analyzing various legal matters in providing professional solutions tailored to clients’ needs.
Eriz Syawaldi Sitompul
AssociateEriz Syawaldi Sitompul, S.H. graduated from the Faculty of Law, Atma Jaya Catholic University Jakarta in 2018, majoring in business and commercial law. During His university years, he was active in various student organizations and event committees, and was active in the Atmajaya Business Law Society. Previously, he was a Legal Officer at PT Pandawa Tirta Gangga.
He has experiences in handling corporate law and non-litigation matters such as general corporate law, labour law, capital market law, intellectual property rights and alternative dispute resolution. Throughout his tenure since he joined at A3 Law Firm, he gained more deeper and more extensive knowledge in the field of Civil and Indonesian laws perspectives. He has been conducting as part of the A3 team assisting various clients, with his primary focus on legal due diligence, legal opinion, and legal drafting.
He has also quickly developed a reputation of understanding his clients needs not only from a legal perspective but also from a commercial point of view in terms of technical aspects and eventually providing them with comprehensive solutions.
Kevin Anggiat Harahap

Furthermore, he has experiences in handling corporate legal matters, such as preparing documentations, agreements, legal opinions, legal due diligence, dispute resolutions and capital market.
He is a “third-cultured, global citizen”, who had observed, learnt and adapted to many different cultures and languages throughout the world. Raised by a family of serving Indonesian diplomats, his life’s chapters were immersed in several different countries; born in Washington D.C., U.S.A in 1994, and lived in Beijing, P.R.C., The State of Kuwait, The Kingdom of Bahrain, and in Caracas, the Republic of Venezuela.
Despite his global exposure, Jakarta, Indonesia has always been his hub as an individual, where he enjoys an abundance of creative opportunities in Jakarta which led him to pursue journalism as contributors to several mediums whilst creating an online media, alongside creating various business models in the digital media sector as a creative output.
Ramzy Hilmyawan

Previously, he was a Land Acquisition and Government Relation Staff at PT. Pakuwon Jati, Tbk. (Holding Company).
He has experiences in implementing company planning in terms of expanding its land assets; including developing acquisition strategies, negotiation procedures and executing the acquisition process itself. He also has experiences in handling and evaluating company permits and compliances. Furthermore ,he specializes in internal legal company affairs, as well as developing and implementing the new company systems.
Rofi Ayyasy
AssociateRofi Ayyasy S.H. graduated from the Faculty of Law, Padjadjaran University. During his university years, was active in academic and non- academic activities. He was the Head of Alumni Affairs Division at ASEAN Law Students Association (ALSA) Local Chapter and General Counsel at an Independent Music Promotion Company.
He started his legal career as an intern in Roosdiono & Partners (a member of ZICO Law) and gained experience in handling corporate legal matters and investment law. Since he joined A3 Law Firm, he has been handling commercial litigation as well as conducting legal due diligence, legal opinions, and legal research. He has been invloved in a variety of clients, mostly within the field of capital market law.
